StafHub Payroll

Malaysian payroll that works out EPF, SOCSO, EIS and PCB for you

Enter each employee's salary and allowances once. Every month StafHub prices approved overtime, applies the right contribution band for their age and citizenship, and gives you the payslips and the totals you pay to KWSP, PERKESO and LHDN.

Every month

What StafHub works out for you

Each figure comes from the official band tables, stored with the date they take effect.

EPF

Employee and employer shares from the EPF Act Third Schedule bands, with the lower rates for staff aged 60 and over and 2% each for non-Malaysian workers.

SOCSO and Lindung 24 Jam

Category 1 or 2 by age, plus the Lindung 24 Jam employee share: required for foreign workers, opt-out for Malaysians.

EIS

Employee and employer contributions from the EIS wage bands.

PCB estimate

A monthly tax deduction estimate using individual relief, EPF relief and the RM400 rebate. Marked as an estimate on every payslip.

HRDF levy

The employer levy on Malaysian staff wages, if your company is registered with HRD Corp.

Overtime

Approved overtime priced at the Employment Act rates for normal days, rest days and public holidays.

How it works

A payroll month in five steps

  1. Set up once

Salary, allowances and deductions for each employee, and who contributes to EPF and SOCSO.

  2. Approve overtime as it comes in

Staff request it, supervisors approve it, and it waits for the month-end run.

  3. Generate the month

One click works out every payslip in the company together.

  4. Check the run

Gross, deductions, net pay and employer cost for each person. Fix an input and regenerate.

  5. Finalise and download

Lock the month and download every payslip as one PDF.

Why owners trust the numbers

Payroll you can check, not a black box

Rates you can see

Every rate carries its source, its effective date and a verified flag. Your HR person can check them, and update them when the law changes.

The rules the Acts set

EPF leaves overtime out; SOCSO, EIS and PCB include it. Contributions follow the band tables, not a flat percentage.

Starts from records you approved

Payroll sits in the same StafHub as attendance with selfie and location, leave and overtime, so month end starts from data already signed off.

Old months stay as they were

A new rate applies from the date it takes effect. Months already finalised keep the rates they were paid on.

Questions about StafHub payroll

Is the PCB amount exact?
No, it is an estimate. It uses individual relief, EPF relief and the RM400 rebate, but not marital status, children, zakat or other reliefs. Check it against LHDN's own calculator before you pay.
Does StafHub submit to KWSP, PERKESO and LHDN for me?
Not yet. StafHub gives you each employee's amounts and the totals; you submit them through each agency's own portal.
Does it handle foreign workers?
Yes. Non-Malaysian workers get the 2% EPF rate on both sides and SOCSO with Lindung 24 Jam, which is required for them. The HRDF levy is worked out on Malaysian staff only.
Can my staff see their payslips on their phone?
Not yet. Payslips are a PDF your HR person downloads from the console and shares. A payslip screen in the StafHub staff app is on the way.
What happens when the rates change?
Each rate is stored with the date it takes effect, so a new rate applies from that date and months you already finalised keep their old figures.
How much does it cost?
A monthly subscription in ringgit, quoted for your number of staff before you sign. Message us on WhatsApp with your headcount.
